Flavors of Africa
We are a family business specialising in authentic Nigerian dishes, using recipes that has been used by many generations of our family. All our dishes are gluten, dairy, sugar, palm oil and mushroom free with 80% been vegan and vegetarians and 20% been our chicken cooked three ways of boiling, barbequed and then stewed.
The business was started in 2015 due to conducting a survey about a gap in the market for alternative food offering at festivals.
Since inception, we have featured at the following festivals: Leeds, Africa Oye, Boomtown, Latitude, Victorious, Bristol Harbour, Farr, Vegfest, Greenman, Greenbelt & Glastonbury to mention a few.
We are the current winners of Best Dressed Stall Glastonbury 2017; which we won first time of attending the festival.
