Danco secures Latitude contract

Celebrating what could be considered the best aspects of music, film, culture, poetry, theatre and everything in between, Latitude Festival began its journey in 2006. Now in planning for the 12th edition, Danco are pleased to have recently been confirmed as the primary marquee hire contractor.

With over 70,000 sqft of temporary structures awarded in the multi-year contract, the event organisers needed a supplier capable of delivering various sizes, specifications and a quality product all round. With Danco structures acting as everything from a cabaret space, to a supermarket and the medical marquee, versatility is key.

Les Johnson, Sales Director at Danco, said: “As an established company, Danco are well placed to serve the festival industry across the UK. Adding Latitude to our expanding portfolio is a great achievement and we very much look forward to providing the excellent service that our clients have come to expect”.

Anne O’Connor, Production Coordinator for Latitude Festival, commented: “I’m pleased to officially confirm Danco for Latitude Festival and am really looking forward to working with them on this event”.

The large-scale installation, with marquees ranging from 3x3m Chinese hats to 25m wide clear span frames, will begin at the end of June. Latitude Festival is to be held in Henham Park, Suffolk from 13th-16th July 2017.
