Partner for Plymouth Music Event

The AFO Office has been contacted by Plymouth City Council with the following request:

"Plymouth City Council is looking for a partner to deliver a high quality, mass appeal music event starting in 2018. The venue for this event would be the stunning and unique Plymouth Hoe with breath-taking views across Plymouth Sound, one of the most beautiful natural harbours in the world.

Up to 20,000 music fans attend each day of the event which is filmed for MTV and broadcast around the world.

Interested parties can register at www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk and search, ‘Ocean City Music Festival’ to download the soft market test documentation which includes details of how to submit an initial proposal.

The deadline for initial proposals is 12noon on Friday 30th June 2017."
