Taking place on February 21 at The Belfry Hotel and Resort, West Midlands, the pre-season party will commence in the evening following day one of Event Buyers Live, the buyer meets supplier event.

In all, 350 events professionals will be wowed by “stand out” entertainment, food and a number of other surprises – to be revealed closer to the event. The party is the perfect excuse to bring the industry together, and a great opportunity for live events professionals to network with a host of organisers, agencies, industry associations and suppliers.

Party guests will be able to network with a number of live events professionals, including representatives from European Championships, IMG, Broadwick Live, London Marathon Events, LoudSound, Goodwood, RPM, Henley Festival and XYZ, to name just a few.

The party is a ticketed event with Event Buyers Live guests attending free of charge and AFO and NOEA members receiving a 10 per cent discount. The Event Club is working with The Ticketsellers and Eventree to manage ticket sales, tickets are priced at £45, which includes food, entertainment and a welcome drinks reception.

Katie Niland, sales director at The Belfry, commented: “We are delighted to be hosting Event Buyers Live at the award winning Belfry Hotel and Resort. With the announcement of The Event Club party, we are extremely excited to welcome the wider events industry and show off our fantastic events space.”

Neil Fagg, event director of Event Buyers Live, added: “The wider events industry has requested that we bring the entire sector together in a fun and informal environment, with great opportunities to network. We are opening our doors, working with a number of supporters and associations, and inviting all live events professionals to come together and celebrate our great sector on the evening of February 21.

“We encourage the events industry to act quickly – do not delay in buying your tickets. We promise a great night of networking with respected industry professionals so make sure you secure your tickets now.”
